Role Overview The Vice President of Retail plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona by providing visionary leadership and strategic oversight across all aspects of retail operations—including thrift stores, e-commerce, donation collection, transportation, and warehouse. This position is instrumental in driving sustainable growth while advancing our mission.
