About the Opportunity
Our client, an innovative and fast-growing consumer products company, is seeking a proven revenue leader to shape and drive growth strategy across its portfolio of brands. This is a high-impact role where the right leader will bring discipline, accountability, and vision to ensure products perform profitably across digital and retail channels.
Why This Role Matters
This company has grown quickly through acquisitions and organic channel expansion. Whatβs missing today is a leader who:
β’ Knows how to create and turn brand strategy into execution.
β’ Can align sales, marketing, product, and brand functions to drive sustainable growth.
β’ Brings both short-term revenue discipline (CAC, ROAS, conversion) and long-term brand-building focus (retail expansion, equity, loyalty).
β’ Has the credibility and skill to hold teams accountable while also inspiring them to deliver.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead all revenue-generating functions, spanning brand strategy, product positioning, customer acquisition, retention, marketplaces, DTC, and retail.
β’ Own the full P&L for revenue, with accountability for growth, margins, and contribution.
β’ Develop strategies to profitably grow across Amazon, Shopify/DTC sites, retail, wholesale, and future channels.
β’ Integrate newly acquired brands into a unified growth model, rolling out proven playbooks across the portfolio.
β’ Direct performance marketing, CRM, email/SMS, loyalty, social, and influencer/affiliate programs.
β’ Drive media buying strategy as a core revenue lever.
β’ Ensure the business shows up to QBRs with data-driven clarity and actionable growth plans.
β’ Build and mentor a high-performing revenue leadership team.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 10+ years of progressive leadership in DTC/e-commerce and omnichannel consumer brands.
β’ Strong experience with Shopify/DTC funnels, Amazon marketplaces, and retail/wholesale expansion.
β’ Proven track record of brand building and scaling revenue across multiple channels.
β’ Expertise in media buying and performance marketing as core growth drivers.
β’ Strong P&L ownership with ability to balance growth and margin discipline.
β’ Experience integrating acquired brands into a centralized growth platform.
β’ Background in personal care, functional health, wellness, or other consumer goods preferred.
β’ A leader who can set strategy, but also ensure teams have the tactical clarity to execute.
We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
