Job Title: Vice President of Sales Location: Doraville, GA Reports to: CEO Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We currently hiring for a senior sales leader to own the growth strategy for North America. This individual will shape the commercial vision, lead high-performing teams, and build lasting partnerships with major retail and e-commerce accounts. Success in this role means delivering revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple channels. What You’ll Do β€’ Define the vision – Create a clear and profitable sales strategy that spans both retail and digital markets. β€’ Drive results – Set annual revenue goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable to hitting targets. β€’ Lead partnerships – Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior retail and e-commerce decision makers. β€’ Negotiate at scale – Oversee complex contract discussions and secure agreements that create mutual value. β€’ Champion collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, operations, and finance to deliver seamless execution. β€’ Leverage insights – Use consumer trends, POS data, and market analysis to identify new opportunities and guide strategy. β€’ Optimize operations – Ensure the sales organization, tools, and processes are designed for efficiency and scalability. β€’ Represent sales at the top table – Share market perspective and performance insights with executive leadership. What We’re Looking For β€’ 12+ years of sales leadership experience in consumer products or a related field, with direct accountability for large-scale revenue (>$115M). β€’ A track record of success with both national retailers and online marketplaces. β€’ Strong grasp of omni-channel strategy, including e-commerce and digital-first selling. β€’ Proven ability to grow accounts over time while managing senior-level merchant and supply chain relationships. β€’ 7+ years leading and developing teams of 8+ people. β€’ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. β€’ Comfort with sales operations, order management, and retail customer systems.
