About the Role
We currently hiring for a senior sales leader to own the growth strategy for North America. This individual will shape the commercial vision, lead high-performing teams, and build lasting partnerships with major retail and e-commerce accounts. Success in this role means delivering revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple channels.
What Youβll Do
β’ Define the vision β Create a clear and profitable sales strategy that spans both retail and digital markets.
β’ Drive results β Set annual revenue goals, monitor performance, and hold the team accountable to hitting targets.
β’ Lead partnerships β Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior retail and e-commerce decision makers.
β’ Negotiate at scale β Oversee complex contract discussions and secure agreements that create mutual value.
β’ Champion collaboration β Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, operations, and finance to deliver seamless execution.
β’ Leverage insights β Use consumer trends, POS data, and market analysis to identify new opportunities and guide strategy.
β’ Optimize operations β Ensure the sales organization, tools, and processes are designed for efficiency and scalability.
β’ Represent sales at the top table β Share market perspective and performance insights with executive leadership.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ 12+ years of sales leadership experience in consumer products or a related field, with direct accountability for large-scale revenue (>$115M).
β’ A track record of success with both national retailers and online marketplaces.
β’ Strong grasp of omni-channel strategy, including e-commerce and digital-first selling.
β’ Proven ability to grow accounts over time while managing senior-level merchant and supply chain relationships.
β’ 7+ years leading and developing teams of 8+ people.
β’ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
β’ Comfort with sales operations, order management, and retail customer systems.
