About the Role
The Vice President of Sales, E-Marketing & Revenue Management will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving top-line revenue across all properties. This role will oversee corporate and property-level sales strategy, digital marketing, brand positioning, and revenue management functions to ensure alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
β’ Sales Strategy & Execution
β’ Develop and lead comprehensive sales strategies across all hotel properties to maximize occupancy, ADR, and market share.
β’ Oversee national and regional sales teams, ensuring alignment with revenue goals.
β’ Build strategic relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group business segments.
β’ E-Marketing & Digital Strategy
β’ Direct the companyβs digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, CRM, email campaigns, and social media strategy.
β’ Optimize brand visibility and digital conversion through strategic content, UX/UI oversight, and targeted digital campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with property Client and marketing teams to implement localized promotions and brand activations.
β’ Revenue Management
β’ Establish dynamic pricing strategies and oversee all revenue management practices across the portfolio.
β’ Utilize data analytics and forecasting tools to drive informed pricing decisions and inventory controls.
β’ Monitor competitive set performance and lead quarterly revenue reviews to course-correct as needed.
β’ Leadership & Collaboration
β’ Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and revenue professionals.
β’ Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, and Ownership to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
β’ Represent the company at industry conferences and hospitality forums.
Qualifications
β’ 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality sales, revenue management, and digital marketing.
β’ Must have experience in hospitality of at least 4 + years.
β’ Proven success managing multi-property portfolios or hotel brands such as Client, Hilton, IHG, etc.
β’ Deep understanding of hospitality sales channels, OTA platforms, GDS systems, and distribution models.
β’ Expertise in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and revenue management systems.
β’ Strong analytical, financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
β’ Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
