We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple brands in health, beauty, and pet care. Our growth is powered by high-performing ad creatives, and we’re looking for an Ad Creative Editor to help us produce ads that are sharp, engaging, and conversion-focused.
Role Overview
Your main responsibility is straightforward: edit ads. We don’t overload editors with extra work like scriptwriting, sourcing clips, or endless revisions. Instead, you’ll focus on refining and finalizing ad creatives, applying your editing skills to ensure they’re polished, professional, and ready to drive results.
What Makes This Role Different
No endless revisions – we work on a learn and adjust model. Instead of re-editing the same ad repeatedly, we take insights and apply them to the next set of ads.
Streamlined systems – our proven workflows remove the headaches of sourcing clips, writing scripts, or spending hours setting up projects. You focus purely on editing.
Performance bonuses – in addition to base pay, you’ll earn commissions on high-performing ads (KPIs and bonus structure explained during onboarding).
Fair pay range – editors typically earn $600 – $1000 per month, with details finalized during onboarding.
Training & growth – access some of the best e-commerce marketing and editing training available, designed to help you grow as a professional.
Clear role focus – your core role is editing ads, not juggling unrelated tasks.
Responsibilities
Edit and refine short-form ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
Ensure text, visuals, and flow align with brand guidelines and conversion goals
Collaborate with the creative team to finalize ad sets on schedule
Apply feedback to improve future creatives without repetitive rework
Requirements
Strong editing skills and attention to detail
Experience with ad editing (preferred, but not required if you can demonstrate skill)
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Familiarity with digital advertising formats a plus
