Join Papier as a Visual Merchandising Executive!
Location: 3 days per week at our Camden office, Maison Papier
Reports to: Lead Senior Visual Merchandiser
Team: Digital Product
Salary: Competitive, with comprehensive benefits
About Papier
At Papier, we believe in the power of the blank page. Since the business was founded in London in 2015, we've been crafting beautifully designed stationery—from journals and planners to wedding invitations—that inspire creativity and meaningful connections. With over £60 million raised and a growing presence in the UK, US and beyond, we're on a mission to make everyday moments noteworthy.
Reporting to the Senior Visual Merchandiser, the Visual Merchandising Executive will support in presenting and optimising products and brand content onsite in the best possible way for customers to find what they are looking for and convert. You will be responsible for ensuring all products are uploaded on time for launches across all sites and merchandised in a way that supports the commercial goals of the business as well as the brand visual guidelines. You will also support and input into analysis and reporting, for example weekly and monthly onsite insights.
We're looking for a candidate who:
• Can demonstrable knowledge, or previous experience, of VM functions and e-commerce retail.
• Has the ability to analyse data to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights.
• Possesses strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
• Ensure products are presented and optimised in the best way possible for customers, at all times and for all markets, following brand strategy.
• Support in the set up, presentation and curation of new products (NPDs) across all stages from product development to upload on site.
• Own merchandising and publishing products to the site. Contribute to the product upload process by working closely with Operations and Design to ensure all products are uploaded on time for launches.
• Own the briefing and execution of onsite copy and imagery for product landing pages and product detail pages.
• Own the build of homepages and hubs, working with creative teams to ensure content is optimised in relation to wider trading contexts.
• Work closely with the marketing channels to aid in product selections for their channels which are in line with commercial goals as well as the brand visual guidelines. Ensure all featured products are curated on their categories and the onsite customer journey is optimised.
• Support in managing the frontend and backend (digital product) enhancement list, working closely with the Tech team to provide any additional information and ensure requests and improvements go-live.
• Prepare site reporting through weekly, monthly and ad hoc analysis using Looker and Microsoft Clarity.
• Assist with ongoing ad-hoc onsite requests from the business.
What We Offer
• Hybrid working: 3 days / week at Maison Papier, our vibrant Camden office, complete with breakfast, coffee, dogs, a terrace and plenty of snacks to see you through the day
• Generous leave: 25 days annual leave + 15 Work from Anywhere days to work from somewhere sunny or visit international family
• Health & wellness benefits: Leading private medical and rewards scheme with Vitality Health, including dental, optical and hearing coverage
• Workplace pension: Pension scheme enrollment
• Parental support: Enhanced parental leave policies with 20 weeks for birth-giving parents and 12 weeks for non birth-giving parents.
• Cultural perks: £45 monthly cultural allowance, £75 personal stationery allowance, and £150 for special occasions
• Team culture: Weekly team lunches, regular cultural outings, and a pet-friendly office with lots of office dogs, like Basil the cocker spaniel!
