Role description
Overview Our client, a global leader in golf analytics and artificial intelligence, is seeking a data-driven VP of Growth and Revenue to scale their customer base, optimize conversion and retention, and unlock new revenue streams across both hardware and software. Recognized by Fast Company as one of the Top 3 Most Innovative Companies in Sports, our client has tracked over 1.2 billion golf shots across 22 million rounds and continues to expand its market presence and product offerings. This executive will report directly to the COO and play a critical role in leading growth strategy, driving monetization, and overseeing performance across e-commerce and mobile subscription funnels. Responsibilities • Develop and lead growth initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, and monetization for mobile, software, and hardware offerings • Optimize digital funnels and conversion strategies to grow subscriber base and increase LTV • Oversee performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce operations • Leverage data, analytics, and user behavior insights to inform decision-making and strategic growth plans • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to align growth efforts with user experience • Identify and execute on revenue opportunities across DTC channels and emerging monetization models • Own KPIs related to subscriber growth, churn, CAC, conversion, and revenue performance • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing growth and marketing team Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership roles, ideally within consumer tech, e-commerce, or mobile subscription environments • Proven success scaling digital products and optimizing acquisition and retention strategies • Strong analytical and data fluency; experienced using data to drive performance and iterate growth strategy • Demonstrated expertise in managing full-funnel growth, from awareness to purchase to retention • Experience with performance marketing, lifecycle automation, and CRO best practices • Familiarity with mobile-first product strategy and subscription-based business models • Passion for golf is a plus, but not required • Willingness to work onsite 3 days per week in Stamford, CT
