Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Analytical Lifecycle Marketing & CRM to lead our data-driven customer relationship management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing CRM data pipelines with our technology partners, delivering detailed in-flight and post-campaign reporting, producing regular CRM reports, managing our holdout and control group strategy, and working with our talented Data and Analytics team on advanced analytics projects. This is a hands-on role that demands strong data manipulation skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to drive customer engagement and business growth.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• 10-15 years exp. directly in CRM / Life Cycle Marketing
• Hands-on exp. working with Iterable
