Seeking a strategic and data-driven executive to own CRM, e-commerce, Amazon, and retail channels. This leader will drive customer monetization, optimize lifecycle marketing, and scale integrated commerce operations across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead CRM strategy & execution across email, SMS, push, and loyalty to drive incremental revenue.
• Own a la carte e-commerce, Amazon, and retail channel performance.
• Serve as P&L owner, overseeing forecasting, KPIs, and revenue targets.
• Leverage data & analytics to optimize LTV, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
• Oversee CRM platforms, site optimization tools, and vendor partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across CRM & commerce functions.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years in CRM and e-commerce, 5+ in senior leadership.
• Proven experience scaling DTC and subscription businesses.
• Expertise with CRM & e-commerce platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Shopify, Magento).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Amazon and omnichannel experience preferred.
