This role defines and drives the strategic vision for Ocado Technology’s Ecommerce platform, ensuring the product strategy delivers differentiated customer value, advances platform capabilities, and supports business growth. As a key member of the product leadership team, the VP fosters a high-performing, outcome-focused culture grounded in experimentation, innovation, and clear strategic direction. About You β€’ Proven leadership in Ecom product development, with experience managing high-impact platforms. β€’ Track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams. β€’ Experience driving a culture of experimentation, hypothesis-led development, and adoption at scale. β€’ Skilled in integrating market trends, customer insight, and partner needs into a cohesive strategy. β€’ Strong cross-functional leadership, especially with Eng, UX, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams. β€’ Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
