About The Role
To lead the Ecommerce Product Group within Ocado Technology. This role defines and drives the strategic vision for Ocado Technologyβs Ecommerce platform, ensuring the product strategy delivers differentiated customer value, advances platform capabilities, and supports business growth. As a key member of the product leadership team, the VP fosters a high-performing, outcome-focused culture grounded in experimentation, innovation, and clear strategic direction.
About You
β’ Proven leadership in Ecom product development, with experience managing high-impact platforms.
β’ Track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams.
β’ Experience driving a culture of experimentation, hypothesis-led development, and adoption at scale.
β’ Skilled in integrating market trends, customer insight, and partner needs into a cohesive strategy.
β’ Strong cross-functional leadership, especially with Eng, UX, Data, Finance, and Commercial teams.
β’ Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
