Role description
About the Role: Our client, a leading regulated Fintech, are seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP User Acquisition to drive new user acquisition, enhance the user journey, optimize onboarding experiences, and lead impactful campaigns and rewards programs. This role is crucial for fostering product sharing among new users and will be directly responsible for platform revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale e-commerce platforms with aggressive onboarding strategies, focusing specifically on retail user onboarding and acquisition. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for new user acquisition. • Oversee and optimize the entire user journey, from initial touchpoint through onboarding. • Design, implement, and analyze user acquisition campaigns and reward programs. • Drive initiatives to encourage product sharing among new users. • Work closely with the COO to align user acquisition efforts with overall business objectives. • Be accountable for platform revenue generation through effective user acquisition. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a senior operations or user acquisition role, ideally within a regulated fintech or a large e-commerce platform (e.g., Amazon, ByteDance). • Demonstrated success in aggressive user onboarding and acquisition strategies. • Strong understanding of user journey optimization, campaign management, and reward programs. • Ability to work strategically and contribute directly to revenue growth. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi if not already based there.
