🚀 Your Role in the Pack
As VP / Head of Growth, you’ll lead Wuffes’ performance marketing engine. You’ll own paid acquisition, conversion rate optimisation, and the commercial funnel from ad to AOV. With a clear mission to scale profitably, you’ll operate at pace across Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, and beyond.
You’ll manage a team of high-impact specialists (including a senior marketer, CRO lead, and in-house designer/engineer), while collaborating closely with Product, Creative, and Brand to ensure everything is aligned to hit the numbers that matter: CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback windows. Having an AI—forward mindset is critical to the role – using tools, agents, and automation to unlock speed, reduce friction, and expose hidden opportunities.
This is a hands-on, full-stack growth role. You'll own strategy, execution, data/attribution and reporting.
📒 Your Responsibilities
• Own & Scale Paid Acquisition - Manage multi-channel performance marketing with accountability for daily spend, CAC efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Drive Full-Funnel Performance - Partner with product and creative to optimise landing pages, offers, flows, and UX, owning CRO across all DTC channels.
• Attribution & Modelling - Lead the build of our attribution stack (post-purchase, in-platform, MMM etc). Use it to sharpen media efficiency and cohort returns.
• Manage Growth Infrastructure - Operate with in-platform reporting and internal tooling (no third-party attribution yet). Build smart and scalable systems.
• Lead a High-Performance Team- Manage and develop a senior performance marketer, CRO lead, and designer/engineer. Set the standard for pace, quality, and output.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work in sync with Brand (who own influencer/content), Product, Retention and Creative.
• Continuously Optimise Through Testing - Build experimentation frameworks, launch fast, learn quickly. From creative formats to pricing models to CRO strategies.
🧠What You Bring
• 7+ years of experience in high-performance growth or DTC performance marketing environments
• Track record of managing five-figure daily spend across Meta, AppLovin, and Google
• Track record of driving growth in subscription-led environments, where retention is as critical as acquisition
• Built and operated attribution systems, including Rockerbox, post-purchase surveys, geo testing, and incrementality frameworks
• Deep command of key growth metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback period, and contribution margin
• Hands-on builder with a strategic lens - can architect systems and dive into the weeds when needed
• Proficient in leveraging AI to enhance strategy, analysis, and creative execution
• Obsessed with performance creative, CRO, and full-funnel testing - from ideation to iteration
• London-based preferred, but open to US-based candidates with timezone overlap
