Position:
This is a great opportunity to join our Team as a Web Content Coordinator.
The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for planning, building and optimising product and content pages across the digital journey, tailored for different customer segments and channels, to increase brand awareness, build customer loyalty and drive sales through D2C.
This role forms part of the eCommerce team responsible for crafting digital journeys which inspire, educate and convert our global community of Mountain People. Working alongside the eComm team and wider Marketing department, the Web Content Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging seasonal content, from product pages to landing, category and homepages, and will play an integral role in a rapidly growing, industry-leading D2C channel.
Key Responsibilities of the Web Content Coordinator (including but not limited to):
• Plan and build product, landing, content and homepages which align with the seasonal brand and eComm strategy and are designed to inspire, educate and convert our global community
• Responding to briefs from the eComm Trading, CRM and Digital Marketing Managers, ensure customer journeys align with the strategy for each channel and meet channel and customer needs
• Responsible for creating briefs for, and managing delivery of, copy and assets needed to create content pages and modules, once plans have been signed off by eComm Trading, CRM and Digital Marketing Managers
• Responsible for building product category pages, and associated content blocks, for all eComm journeys
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of seasonal product launches to inform customer journey planning and copy / photography briefs and help elevate product presentation throughout the digital journey
• Work alongside the Marketing, Creative, Product and Merchandising teams to ensure new product pages have the correct assets and information and launches are on time and aligned across channels
• Support the eCommerce Manager with analysing performance against key goals, using the insights to proactively suggest improvements to the customer journey to drive brand loyalty and engagement
Requirements:

Essential
• Experience of managing the product launch process from collating assets and information to building product pages for an online retailer
• Experience of working effectively with a wider eComm team as well as Marketing and Design teams to plan, build and deliver exciting and engaging content pages
• Analytical mindset with experience of analysing customer journeys against KPIs and suggesting actions based on insights
• Can showcase experience of creating briefs to support the design and copy teams in the creation and delivery of content for product, landing, content and homepages
• Experience of working in a similar brand led role in an online D2C retail environment
• Exceptional team player with strong planning and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• A passion for the outdoors and a real understanding of the brands and the needs of outdoor users
• Enthusiastic, hard-working with the ability to plan, organise, prioritise and meet multiple deadlines
• A willingness to work extra hours and weekends as required
• A full and current driving licence
