Role description

POSITION SUMMARY The Web Marketing Admin’s primary responsibility is to ensure key updates and tasks across Nordic’s web DTC platform are taken care of. You will be responsible for Nordic.com, as well as other cross- departmental and cross-functional web/digital initiatives. S/he will be one of the main points of contact for site updates and internal requests. S/he will work closely with the Senior Web Project Manager and the DTC Sales Ops to properly scope out projects, sprints, requirements, and more. The Web Marketing Admin will work closely with other members of the DTC team to plan and execute tasks. It is ultimately the responsibility of the Web Marketing Admin to align with the Sr. Web Project Manager and department heads on priorities and deadlines to deliver on expectations. Essential Function Statement(s) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES You will: • Manage product information, website assets and content, front end data, coupon codes and promotion logistics, other site management admin changes • Handle changes and duties related to DTC product catalog, including but not limited to • New product creation • Updating assets in product catalog (for new packaging images and supplement facts tables, for instance) • Manage process for discontinued products • Management of all product information within the product catalog • Work with Sales Operations, & Marketing teams to execute online promotions. Duties would include: • Creating discount code & manage discount code list • Promotion content update in WordPress & Shopify • Recapping and monitoring status of promotions • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service on consumer orders • Overseeing order fraud analysis, ensuring orders are being processed daily • Other tasks related to facilitating online store operations • Own the building of requirements necessary to support promotional efforts and work with Web • Project manager to ensure tasks are identified and completed • Be the primary point of contact for internal stakeholder requests • Make suggestions for promotional efforts based on knowledge of our systems • Website content changes for all sites supported by the team, including nordic.com, Pro Site, • Employee store, and all international sites. • Assist Performance Marketing team with content changes for marketplace sites: Amazon, Walmart, Target, EBay • Manage Price change process across DTC • Where appropriate, coordinate with Web Project Manager of identifying site changes that require development support • Assign users within web platform (Shopify) • Work with the Web Team to monitor and maintain the functionality of the web platforms and suggest improvements. • Monitor web performance to influence web merchandising efforts across the site • You have: Experience with JIRA and Confluence Experience with Shopify eCommerce platform Experience with Amazon or another retailer marketplace Previous experience managing content for a consumer-facing web site Experience with a PIM (Product Information Management) system is preferred A strong technical aptitude and understanding of how systems pass information to one another Previous experience in a high-volume, enterprise-level ecommerce environment is a plus A bachelor’s degree is preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Pay, Benefits & Perks: The estimated annual pay for this role is $65,000 to $71,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may also include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission) if applicable.
