Our client, a leading provider of fin tech platforms, is hiring a Web Operations Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA!
This is a 10-month contract with benefits and paid holidays!
As a Web Operations Manager, you will work in a Content Management System (CMS) to create and optimize web experiences, run experiments, and implement personalization. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to ensure high-quality web content that drives engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities:
• Build and manage web pages in a CMS using components or codeblocks with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Create content, implement personalization, and execute A/B and multivariate tests on the support site.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, creative teams, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality marketing content.
• Troubleshoot web issues, perform quality control, and validate content accuracy.
• Leverage experimentation platforms and AI tools to optimize web experiences.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in front-end development, web production, or web operations, building web pages using a CMS.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and CMS-based web management, including A/B/multivariate test setup and analysis.
• Familiarity with personalization platforms, web optimization, and high-volume websites.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and apply knowledge of UX, SEO, and web conversions.
• Experience in tech, fintech, or e-commerce environments preferred.
