Web Strategists create, land, test, optimize and merchandize web experiences, using analytics and experimentation to increase IBM's relevancy, empowering conversion from web visit to leads, and landing eCommerce orders. Every individual is expected to play their part to achieve the KPIs defined at the team or organizational level.
Some Examples Of Team/org KPIs Include
• X% YtY growth in organic web traffic
• X% organic engagement
• x% conversion rate from completion to qualified lead
• Sales workload from web conversion/eCommerce orders/New Client Acquisition (NCA)
You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop an integrated web strategy that engages the target audience and ensures business objectives are strategically aligned across the web experience. You will develop and execute on tactics that optimize traffic through to conversion.
