Introduction IBM.com Your Role And Responsibilities Web Strategists create, land, test, optimize and merchandize web experiences, using analytics and experimentation to increase IBM's relevancy, empowering conversion from web visit to leads, and landing eCommerce orders. Every individual is expected to play their part to achieve the KPIs defined at the team or organizational level. Some Examples Of Team/org KPIs Include • X% YtY growth in organic web traffic • X% organic engagement • x% conversion rate from completion to qualified lead • Sales workload from web conversion/eCommerce orders/New Client Acquisition (NCA) You will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop an integrated web strategy that engages the target audience and ensures business objectives are strategically aligned across the web experience. You will develop and execute on tactics that optimize traffic through to conversion. Required Technical And Professional Expertise As an entry-level web strategist on the IBM.com team you'll be expected to drive business outcomes and develop specialized skills to help you progress and grow as a marketing professional. These include, but are not limited to: Analyze KPIs to make data-driven recommendations to improve web performance Execute simple web optimization tactics to improve prioritized experiences Execute data-driven experiments and suggest improvements Build depth and breadth of Web strategy tools, including Adobe suite Develop robust stakeholder management skills Team focused, organized project planner • Critical to any role at IBM are 3 core behaviors that drive our performance and commitment to each other.
