We’re looking for a curious, creative, and tech-savvy entry-level associate to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll work across e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience to support the ongoing success of our B2B and D2C websites, sales tools, and other platforms.
What You’ll Do
E-Commerce & Website Management
• Manage daily operations on our B2B and D2C websites (Shopify), including product listings, categories, and promotional content
• Optimize onsite experience by maintaining collections, site search, and merchandising elements
• Assist with QA testing, bug reporting, and implementation of new features in partnership with IT and vendor teams
• Monitor site KPIs, search performance, and conversion trends to support data-driven decisions
Customer Enablement & Support
• Onboard new internal and external users to our B2B site, sales app, and marketing platforms; manage account setup, troubleshooting, and access updates
• Serve as the first line of support for customers and internal users with platform-related questions or technical issues
• Track customer feedback and recurring issues, helping inform the digital roadmap and enhance overall user satisfaction
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
• Support execution of email, paid ad, and social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
• Use Photoshop, Canva and design tools to assist with creative assets for web and campaigns
• Upload, organize, and manage content across platforms, ensuring consistency and quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Growth Projects
• Leverage Generative AI tools to automate routine tasks, enhance content creation, and optimize website performance through smarter, faster merchandising and user experience improvements.
• Work closely with sales, customer service, and marketing teams to drive digital engagement and revenue
• Maintain marketing calendars and contribute to project planning and execution
What You Bring
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related area—or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and content management systems
• Working knowledge of Photoshop (or similar), and a creative eye for digital design
• Familiarity with HubSpot, email marketing tools, and social media management platforms
• Experience HTML/CSS for light troubleshooting and content formatting
• Familiarity with project/task management tools like Asana for tracking work
• Interest or experience in using Generative AI for content creation or workflow enhancements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills—written, verbal, and on-camera
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerBI)
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to grow
