ABOUT US AT KINDER'S:
We are a fast-growing company working hard to bring amazing flavor solutions to consumers that are as exciting and delicious as they are simple to use. Whether we are serving the emerging cook or seasoned pro, we are 100% committed to our mission of bringing awesome flavor to consumers everywhere.
Today, we have over 100 products sold nationwide at retailers including Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, Sprouts, Kroger, Safeway and many more. While we have been around for over 75 years, we have experienced explosive growth in the last 5 years and are now a top 5 brand in the U.S. in multiple flavor categories including seasoning blends, BBQ sauce, and wing sauce. To keep our momentum rolling, we need more passionate flavor advocates and builders to come and join our team and help us reach every kitchen across the U.S. and maybe even the world.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Website Producer to join our team. This role is essential to our website development, where you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and optimization to ensure a seamless experience for our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee the daily activities of our CMS and ecommerce platforms, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Content Management: Collaborate with marketing managers to add content, such as recipes, to our CMS, to deliver on seasonal marketing objectives and drive engagement.
• Product Catalog: Own product listings, including briefing and gathering all the necessary assets and inputting them in the CMS following SEO best practices.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and partner with Logistics to maintain stock availability.
• Collaboration with Consumer Love: Work closely with our consumer care team to communicate order status updates and swiftly resolve any issues that may arise.
• Website Vendor Management: Submit tickets for website and CMS technical issues, collaborating with our vendor to ensure quick resolutions.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to optimize product merchandising, implement promotions, and create exclusive offerings for our direct-to-consumer customers.
• Reporting: Pull weekly, monthly and quarterly DTC sales and consumer engagement data.
• Website Replatform: Support content transfer, QA and publishing as we migrate to a new tech stack.
• SEO Optimization: Support SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
• Platform Administrator: Own our product reviews and store locator tools.
Qualifications:
• 7+ Proven experience in website management or related roles.
• Strong understanding and experience working in ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and content management systems.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) for tracking performance and user behavior.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• SEO experience a plus.
