This role requires strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills—plus a working knowledge of HTML or JavaScript. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party developers to ensure timely, efficient delivery of site updates, features, and fixes. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the full lifecycle of our Magento 2.0 website project—from planning to post-launch optimization. • Manage tasks and timelines using project management tools such as Smartsheet and Basecamp. • Serve as the main point of contact for third-party developers and coordinate all development efforts. • Translate business requirements into technical documentation, tickets, and workflows. • Conduct thorough QA testing for new features, bug fixes, and integrations before deployment. • Ensure site performance, speed, and functionality are maintained across devices and browsers. • Maintain a prioritized backlog and assist in sprint planning and milestone tracking. • Monitor Google Analytics (GA4) and other performance tools to inform decisions and measure results. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce or web development projects (Magento 2.0 strongly preferred). • Working knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript; ability to understand basic front-end functionality. • Experience working with and managing third-party developers and contractors. • Proficient in Smartsheet and Basecamp, or similar project management tools. • Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve across digital environments. • Proven track record in integrating complex digital systems, including APIs and 3rd-party tools. • Experience with QA processes and attention to detail in testing environments. • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and eCommerce tracking best practices. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Nice to Have: • Experience with UX/UI collaboration (e.g., working alongside designers or using tools like Figma). • Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and tagging strategies. • Previous work in a consumer goods or direct-to-consumer eCommerce company.
