Purpose of Job / Company Values As the Website & SEO Lead at Aspire 2Be, you will spearhead the continuous development of our websites, focusing on user journey and experience, and creating SEO-rich content. You will drive SEO optimisation, using analytics and reports to continually revise and enhance SEO performance and user experience. You will also assist with creating and implementing PPC campaigns across Google ads and social media channels, using reporting tools to analyse and present performance, and inform future campaigns. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities • Website Management: Support development and maintenance of websites including developing SEO focused content, UX optimisation, and general updates and maintenance. • SEO Strategy: Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy to improve organic search rankings. • Analytics: Read and interpret data and utilise this to drive future content and campaigns. • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on website and campaign performance and key metrics, helping to refine strategies based on findings. • PPC Campaign Support: Assist in creating and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media channels, and other platforms to drive relevant traffic, generate leads and improve ROI. • General marketing activities: Collaborating with wider Marketing team on campaign creation, internal and external comms, events support and general ad-hoc marketing activities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is created accurately and according to relevant brand guidelines. • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines related to website and content design and creation, safeguarding the company's reputation and intellectual property. • Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to create and develop marketing campaigns and assets. • Work in collaboration with the Educ8 Group Marketing Team to ensure brand alignment and consistency across the group. • Support development of marketing assets, website content, and any wider content requirements for A2B products and services. Essential Criteria • Experience: Up to date, relevant and broad experience in a marketing role, preferably with PPC and SEO experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (eg. Yoast), and Wordpress. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Team Working: Ability to support and work closely with Marketing and wider team. • Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative. • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, workstreams and projects. • Full UK Driving Licence with Business Cover Insurance (A copy of your insurance will be requested upon offer). Desirable Criteria • Relevant Marketing or Digital Marketing qualification. • CRM: Knowledge and experience of working with HubSpot. • E-Commerce: Possess an understanding of e-commerce platforms. • Experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite.
