Company Description Role Description Tanners Wines is currently seeking a temporary full-time Website Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone with a broad range of digital, administrative, and customer support skills. Key responsibilities • Managing and fulfilling orders via our Shopify eCommerce platform • Troubleshooting and resolving any failed order integrations • Providing responsive and professional customer support for online shoppers • Assisting with social media administration • Supporting the creation and optimisation of product data, including imagery and written content • Coordinating with internal and external photographers, as well as managing digital assets (resizing, labelling, storing) Desirable skills: • Basic graphic design and editing skills using Adobe Suite / Canva (for images and short videos) • Interest or experience in photography • Proficient working knowledge of Excel What You Should Know: • This is a full-time temporary position • Wine knowledge is not essential in this role, however a keen interest in learning about wine will stand you in good stead and enable you to fulfil your role more effectively • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential • You’ll need to be organised, creative, efficient, and a reliable team player • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks are key • A full, clean driving licence is required • You will report directly to the eCommerce Manager Please provide a covering letter detailing the skills you believe will see you thrive in this role.
