We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in WebSphere Commerce Server, HCL DX, and Java to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate will guide cross-functional Agile teams, collaborate closely with design and business stakeholders, and ensure high-performance software delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities for HCL DX applications and supporting microservices. • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product managers to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Architect and implement robust, maintainable code with a focus on performance and user experience. • Provide hands-on leadership in the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery. • Act as a subject matter expert in CMS platforms, particularly HCL DX. • Ensure code and solutions follow best practices for integration, security, and performance optimization. Must-Have Skills: • Proven development and deployment experience with HCL DX 9.5. • Strong hands-on experience with Java / J2EE technologies. • In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere Commerce Server (10+ years). • Minimum 5 years of practical experience with HCL DX technologies. • Proficiency in ReactJS for front-end development. • Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. • Experience working in RedHat OpenShift environments. • Working knowledge of C# is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to lead distributed teams in a remote Agile environment. • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
