Role description

(Remote role)Nature\`s Craft is a fast-growing, premium health brand that specializes in selling various wellness supplements. We are in search of an Account Director to lead and grow our third party platforms, including iHerb, Walmart and eBay. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving sales growth, and optimizing our brand on e-commerce platforms that host third-party sellers. This role is crucial for ensuring that a brand’s products are successfully sold, marketed, and optimized on these platforms. β€’ Responsibilities β€’ Lead and manage our Account Manager team for platforms including Walmart, and iHerb, and Target+.. β€’ Drive the execution of sales targets for the platforms managed by this team. β€’ Develop and implement high-level strategies to drive sales and profitability on these platforms. β€’ Work with the PPC team to optimize the brand’s performance. β€’ Collaboration with all departments ensure operational efficiency, product availability, platform compliance and the successful and continuous launch of products. β€’ Ensure that the Account Managers meet their product launch targets. β€’ Monitor and improve account health metrics. β€’ Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and competitive insights. β€’ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and brand success. β€’ Be the primary point of contact between the business and the platform. β€’ Oversee MAP pricing. β€’ Identify opportunities on other market platforms. β€’ Review and manage yearly sales events. β€’ Ensure effective communication across all departments.Requirements β€’ 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce platforms (experience with Walmart, Ebay, Shopify or iHerb is preferable and advantageous) β€’ 3+ years of demonstrated management experience, of managing a team of at least 5 people + β€’ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams. β€’ Deep understanding of how to manage and drive KPIs as well as manage poor performance. β€’ Examples of success through growth in ROI. β€’ Deep understanding of an E-Commerce business, listings, optimization, and inventory planning. β€’ Driven and ambitious individual to execute sales targets. β€’ Proficiency in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
