Are you ready to be a part of something amazing?We are seeking an experienced and data-driven UX Analyst to join our team, focusing specifically on optimizing the user experience of our e-commerce websites. In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding user behavior, identifying pain points, and advocating for enhancements that drive customer satisfaction, conversion, and loyalty. You'll leverage a variety of research methods and tools to translate insights into actionable recommendations, directly impacting our online business success.Responsibilities β’ Journey Mapping & Analysis: Utilize journey mapping tools (e.g., FullStory, Hotjar, or Contentsquare) to visualize and analyze user flows, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for improvement across the e-commerce customer lifecycle.? β’ Usability Testing & Interviews: Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative research, including usability testing and user interviews, to gather direct feedback on website functionality, content, and overall user experience.? β’ Insight Generation: Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover deep user insights, identify trends, and formulate clear, actionable recommendations for UX improvements.? β’ Reporting & Presentation: Clearly communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization through compelling presentations and reports.? β’ A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with product and development teams to design and implement A/B tests based on UX insights, continuously iterating and optimizing website performance.? β’ Problem Solving: Proactively identify user experience issues and propose innovative solutions that align with business goals and user needs.? β’ Advocate for the User: Be the voice of the user within the organization, championing user-centered design principles and best practices.?Requirements β’ 2+ years of experience as a UX Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on e-commerce websites.? β’ Proven expertise in using journey mapping and session replay tools (e.g., FullStory, Hotjar, or Contentsquare) to analyze user behavior.? β’ Demonstrated experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative research methods, including usability testing and user interviews.? β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.? β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.? β’ A user-centered mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and effective digital experiences.? β’ Familiarity with UX design principles and best practices.?Nice-to-Haves:? β’ Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics platforms for identifying trends and validating qualitative findings.? β’ Previous experience working collaboratively with marketing and development teams to implement UX improvements.? β’ Understanding of e-commerce KPIs and their relationship to user experience. β’ Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and tools.?Benefits β’ 401(k) matching β’ Dental insurance β’ Employee assistance program β’ Employee discount β’ Flexible schedule β’ Flexible spending account β’ Health insurance β’ Life insurance β’ Vision insurance β’ Paid time off β’ Professional development assistanceAbility to Commute: Daniel Island, SC 29492 (Required)
