This role will manage a Sr Merchandising Analyst and drive eCommerce experiences, improve the patient journey, and maximize conversion rates. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will be responsible for best in class merchandising, monitoring site metrics, identifying trends, and implementing data-backed improvements to boost product discoverability and overall site experience.What You’ll Do β€’ Define and manage the merchandising strategy for ClearChoice dental service lines β€’ Generate and share insights, learnings and best practices utilizing data, insights, and industry analysis to continually refine merchandising strategies and campaign designs, optimizing engagement, conversion rates, and ROI β€’ Create compelling visual merchandising experiences that drive customer engagement β€’ Partner with call center teams to track appointment quality and close attribution loops Lead partnerships across the broader Marketing organization to drive efficient paid and organic search optimization β€’ Create and manage a prioritized backlog of merchandising initiatives and enhancements β€’ Assist in content and experience planning and activation, managing calendars and processes to drive on time launches and optimizations β€’ Responsible for distilling and coordinating complex sets of data to tie Digital Commerce strategies back to business results for executive and cross functional presentations and readouts β€’ Partner with Digital Performance team to develop and continuously optimize suite of business reports to identify merchandising opportunities to increase site conversion and patient engagement; including conversion rate optimization ideas β€’ Monitor competitor web experiences and industry trends to identify innovative merchandising opportunities β€’ Develop and maintain effective workflows, processes, and timelines for merchandising activities, ensuring efficient and flawless execution of all merchandising initiativesEducation and Experience β€’ 6+ years of experience in site merchandising, e-commerce, or digital marketing β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field β€’ Proficiency in web tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms β€’ Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and optimize merchandising strategies β€’ Ability to innovate and experiment with a focus on consumer experience, engagement, and conversion β€’ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams β€’ Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, PIM tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Salsify, Hybris, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.If you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here: https://careers.aspendental.com/us/en/tag-privacy-policy-for-california-employees
