Job Description As a Account Executive - eCommerce SaaS within our Digital Shipping Solutions team, you’ll be focused on acquiring new mid-market eCommerce customers for our ShipAccel (http://www.shipaccel.com/) platform. We are looking for someone with relevant experience who is excited to execute the go-to-market strategy for our fast-growing software business unit. In this role you will be hunting for new and managing existing key client relationships with a focus on expansion selling within existing accounts outside of the existing contract renewal window. A successful Account Executive- eCommerce SaaS will be a consultative sales professional who is able to close business in any environment (virtual, in person, over the phone), you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead to contract renewal. The The Base Salary for this position is $65000-$100000 with an OTE of $130000 - $180000 annually. Y ou will β€’ Own the full sales cycle (i.e., from lead generation to closing) for ShipAccel prospects/ clients, with a focus on generating new business within the mid-market eCommerce space (companies with $30-350M of annual revenue) β€’ Use a customer-focused, consultative sales approach to educate prospective clients on which of our products or services will best fit their needs β€’ Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships across a wide array of prospects and clients β€’ Work with our Inside Sales Representativesto prospect and generate leads to build a strong pipeline of future clients β€’ Become an industry expert in eCommerce for global and domestic logistics, as well as a product expert that can identify and resolve inefficiencies and pain points in client workflows β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our software products and identify new opportunities for company growth based on client feedback β€’ Think critically about sales data to recommend new and scalable strategies β€’ Build relationships with decision makers at all levels across a diverse set of industries β€’ Record all activities in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management and perform various administrative duties as needed β€’ Conduct face-to-face meetings virtually or in person when available/ required β€’ Complete other duties as assigned You have β€’ 3+ years in B2B sales β€’ Strong understanding and priorexperience with shipping logistics, e-commerce, and/or B2B SaaS products β€’ Successfully closed business over the phone or in virtual meetings β€’ A clear track-record of closing new business and exceeding sales quotas β€’ Comfort with ambiguity, agility in your ways of working, and a willingness to adapt based on new information β€’ A love to win, build high-performing teams and operate with intensity and integrity β€’ Used consultative selling techniques to identify client needs and promote services β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills β€’ The ability to travel for Client meetings Our Team SendTech Solutions offers physical and digital mailing and shipping technology solutions, financing, services, supplies and other applications for small and medium businesses, retail, enterprise, and government clients around the world to help simplify and save on the sending, tracking and receiving of letters, parcels and flats.
