Your Role
We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to take full ownership of your sales territory. From building pipeline and prospecting aggressively, to delivering high-impact demos and closing deals โ youโll be at the forefront of driving revenue and expanding our customer base. Youโll lead every step of the sales process, working closely with marketing, product, and success teams to deliver value at every touchpoint.
This is a hybrid role based in New York, with three in-office days per week.
Key Responsibilities
โข Run high-impact discovery calls to uncover deep pain points
โข Clearly communicate Swapโs value: cross-border solutions, returns, and revenue retention
โข Manage multiple stakeholders, negotiations, and close confidently
โข Own your pipeline - no deal left untouched
โข Use HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav daily to maximise performance
Qualifications
โข Proven experience closing deals in SaaS, ideally with a focus on e-commerce brands.
โข Proven history hitting (and exceeding) sales quotas
โข High-energy, commercial approach - relentless about driving deals forward
โข Exceptional discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
โข Strong understanding of e-commerce and tech stack integrations
