Your Role We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to take full ownership of your sales territory. From building pipeline and prospecting aggressively, to delivering high-impact demos and closing deals โ€” youโ€™ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and expanding our customer base. Youโ€™ll lead every step of the sales process, working closely with marketing, product, and success teams to deliver value at every touchpoint. This is a hybrid role based in New York, with three in-office days per week. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Run high-impact discovery calls to uncover deep pain points โ€ข Clearly communicate Swapโ€™s value: cross-border solutions, returns, and revenue retention โ€ข Manage multiple stakeholders, negotiations, and close confidently โ€ข Own your pipeline - no deal left untouched โ€ข Use HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav daily to maximise performance Qualifications โ€ข Proven experience closing deals in SaaS, ideally with a focus on e-commerce brands. โ€ข Proven history hitting (and exceeding) sales quotas โ€ข High-energy, commercial approach - relentless about driving deals forward โ€ข Exceptional discovery, demo, and negotiation skills โ€ข Strong understanding of e-commerce and tech stack integrations Who you are โ€ข Ambitious, competitive, driven by revenue and results โ€ข Sharp communicator - clear, persuasive, confident โ€ข Highly organised pipeline management skills โ€ข Comfortable in fast-paced environments, hungry for growth โ€ข Coachable & can take feedback.
