The Role
We’re hiring a seasoned, full-cycle Account Executive to drive new business for DashFi’s new 3% cashback shipping product—a unique offering that gives ecommerce and 3PL brands cashback on their shipping spend, plus automated savings through our AI-powered Audit Agents.
This role is ideal for high-performing sellers looking to leverage their shipping optimization and contract audit expertise at an early-stage fintech startup. You’ll drive adoption of DashFi’s card by helping high-volume shippers realize immediate savings and efficiency gains. Working closely with our in-house audit team, you’ll deliver high-impact proposals, quantify savings, and help customers save and earn money—on every shipment.
Responsibilities
• Prospect, engage, and close ecommerce and 3PL brands with significant parcel spend
• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Educate operators and finance leaders on parcel spend inefficiencies and how DashFi delivers immediate value through cashback and audit savings
• Drive adoption of DashFi’s card as the preferred payment method for FedEx and UPS shipping spend
• Collaborate with our in-house audit and carrier negotiation team to build tailored ROI analyses and proposals
• Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across operations, logistics, and finance functions
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in HubSpot
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to improve messaging and GTM strategy
Requirements
• 5+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle Account Executive role
• Proven experience selling shipping optimization, parcel audit, or carrier contract negotiation services
• Strong understanding of FedEx/UPS pricing structures, surcharges, incentives, and common pain points in parcel spend
• Track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals with ecommerce or 3PL clients
• Ability to build trust with logistics, operations, and finance stakeholders
• Highly consultative, value-driven sales approach with strong discovery and ROI storytelling
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments with high ownership
• Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and Sales Navigator
• Startup or fintech experience is a plus
• Experience selling payments, cards, or spend management solutions is a bonus
Compensation
Dash.fi offers a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support employees professionally and personally. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $200,000 to $270,000, plus equity. Actual compensation may vary from the listed range depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
