Role description
Revive Media is looking for a self-motivated Account Lead on our eCommerce team to create long-term trusting relationships with our clients. As an Account Lead, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth for Revive's eCommerce clients with their Amazon Ads strategy across Sponsored Ads and the DSP. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance to your clients while also pulling the levers to accomplish their business and campaign goals. You will seek to understand your clients primary goals to consistently improve performance. Our ideal candidate is a strong client advocate, who can tie recommendations to data and business goals and is comfortable making decisions with limited oversight. You get excited about solving client challenges and possess a strong attention to detail. You're an independent self-starter, who will leave no stone unturned when problem solving. Responsibilities β€’ Develop and manage client relationships with a consultative approach β€’ Be the primary client lead sharing insights and recommendations on weekly calls and QBRs β€’ Identify new growth opportunities, product and beta opportunities β€’ Align closely with our eCommerce Business Development Lead around onboarding and continued client growth β€’ Establish and maintain close relationships with our partners to ensure smooth collaboration β€’ Strategically create and manage all client campaigns with a focus on scalable growth β€’ Represent clients and understand Amazon needs by providing feedback to our Product team β€’ Identify new feature opportunities and product & process improvements to our Amazon partner teams Requirements β€’ 4+ years of experience in hands on e-commerce advertising, specifically with Amazon β€’ Proven experience managing Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns β€’ Experience managing Amazon DSP β€’ Experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency β€’ Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions β€’ Resourceful problem-solver with a curious and proactive attitude β€’ Experience with Pacvue and knowledge of AMC considered a plus Benefits β€’ 100% healthcare coverage for employees, 50% for dependents (medical, dental, vision) β€’ Flexible remote work, including a home office stipend, internet reimbursement, and wellness stipend β€’ Unlimited PTO β€’ Monthly coffee or tea subscription Revive Media provides the wage it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected annual base pay for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 + quarterly bonus. Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, and specific geographic location.
