About The Role As an Account Management Intern, you’ll step into the dynamic world of e-commerce, supporting our seller partners and contributing to their success on our platform. This hands-on internship within the Fashion category gives you a unique chance to gain real-world experience in seller operations and performance management. You’ll apply your data-driven mindset and strong communication skills to onboard new sellers, expand their product selection, and analyze performance data to deliver valuable insights. Responsibilities β€’ Immerse yourself in Trendyol’s culture and ways of working. β€’ Support sellers with onboarding tasks, including order processing, reporting, and listing management. β€’ Drive selection expansion by helping sellers complete listing templates. β€’ Monitor daily sales and end-to-end supply chain operations (deliveries & returns). β€’ Share weekly performance feedback with sellers to enhance operational excellence. β€’ Paid internship in the Fashion category. Expected Qualifications β€’ Available to work full-time. β€’ Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. β€’ Advanced proficiency in English. β€’ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; skilled in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in basic data analytics (e.g., forecasting, dashboards). β€’ Team player with high learning agility, results orientation, and strong data literacy. β€’ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to turn ideas into action.
