Shaw Search Partners is thrilled to partner with a global powerhouse in beauty and skincare, home to a suite of iconic brands, in search of an exceptional Amazon Account Manager.
Are you ready to make an immediate impact in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced eCommerce environments for one of the world's largest skincare companies? Join us on a mission to transform the way consumers experience beauty and skincare products online, with ownership of Amazon strategy for some of the most loved brands in the industry!
What You’ll Own:
Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between Amazon, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams—Brand, Supply, Digital Shelf, and Media—ensuring cohesive strategies and execution.
Customer Growth Strategy: Contribute to the Joint Business Plan (JBP), develop test-and-learn initiatives, analyze ROI, and uncover opportunities to drive traffic, trial, and long-term profitability.
Forecasting Leadership: Own monthly demand forecasts across all brands, partnering with supply chain and finance teams to align sales projections with inventory planning and financial goals.
New Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end setup and execution of new item launches and line extensions, ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful rollouts on Amazon.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on key account health metrics like POS, OOS, NetPPM, SOROOS, and ASIN-level profitability—delivering insights that drive smarter decision-making.
What You'll Bring:
Amazon Expertise: 8+ years managing Amazon accounts, with deep hands-on experience in Vendor Central operations (Seller Central is a bonus).
CPG & Ecommerce Acumen: Background in consumer goods or high-volume ecommerce environments, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics and the digital shelf.
Forecasting & Financial Fluency: Comfort leading forecasting and budgeting processes, with the ability to spot trends, explain variances, and collaborate cross-functionally to adjust plans in real time.
Analytical Rigor: Data-driven mindset with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to turn insights into actions that drive performance and profitability.
Collaborative Energy: Excellent communicator and team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys building trusted internal and external relationships.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field); MBA a plus.
• Please note this is a hybrid role and must be in-office 3 days/week in Stamford, CT. Relocation assistance may be offered.
