Role description
About D-Link North America:
D-Link is a global leader in networking and connectivity solutions. As the North American division of our Taiwan-based headquarters, we serve both U.S. and Canadian markets through our offices in Irvine, California and Laird, Ontario. With a strong and stable foundation, we’re committed to responsible growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Compensation: Total compensation of $100,000 annually, comprising 80% fixed salary and 20% variable incentive compensation (VC) based on performance.
Why join D-Link?
• 39+ years of global networking leadership and a fast-growing NA e-commerce team
• Direct ownership of the Amazon US & CA business (Vendor Central + Seller Central), plus Walmart.com & Newegg
• Clear promotion track, executive exposure, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Ops & Finance
• Competitive base + bonus, full benefits (medical, 401k match, PTO/holidays), employee-discount program, tuition assistance
What you’ll do
1. Own the P&L for Amazon VC/SC and key marketplaces: forecasting, pricing, promotions, chargeback control, and ACoS/ROAS targets.
1. Grow revenue & share by developing data-driven GTM plans—search, DSP, Brand Store, coupons, and deal events.
1. Optimize catalog health: A+ Content, Brand Registry compliance, SEO/keyword strategy, and seller feedback KPIs.
1. Partner internally with Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Taiwan HQ to secure inventory, resolve issues, and launch new SKUs.
1. Report & present weekly metrics, competitive insights, and upside strategies to senior leadership.
1. Mentor junior staff as the team expands, act as backup for other marketplace managers.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 yrs hands-on Amazon VC/SC ownership in consumer electronics or a related tech category.
• Proven success in hitting revenue, margin, and contribution targets while managing channel conflict.
• Advanced Excel (pivot, v-lookups, trend modeling) and familiarity with Keepa, Helium 10, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of Amazon Ads (Search, Sponsored Brands/Display, DSP) and GA4; Amazon Ads certification preferred.
• Bachelors in business, Marketing, eCommerce, Supply-Chain, Finance, or similar.
• U.S. work authorization (citizen or green card). Mandarin is a plus for HQ collaboration.
Work environment
This is a collaborative, on-site role in our Irvine headquarters. We do not offer remote or relocation options at this time; however, we provide a modern office, ergonomic equipment, a stocked breakroom, and a culture that values innovation, ownership, and rapid growth.
Ready to own a multi-million-dollar Amazon business?
Apply with your résumé and a short cover letter detailing:
1. Your years managing Vendor-Central vs. Seller-Central,
1. Annual Amazon revenue you owned,
1. Tools you use for market analysis and advertising optimization.
