Ecommerce Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Key Account Manager. This digital retail expert will execute our brand strategy and drive growth for our brands in the fastest growing channel in our industry. Based in Seattle, WA, this role oversees and coordinates all sales activities with a focus on Amazon and Pet Ecommerce Retailers.
This is an in-office position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieves the net sales budget for assigned Pet Ecommerce Retailers.
• Develops and maintains relationships at the headquarter level.
• Manage all aspects of the INABA portfolio with assigned accounts with the goal of growing revenue and profitability.
• Develops and owns the process and system to capture and disseminate product and campaign content to partners in an efficient manner that enables digital shoppers to notice, understand and purchase our products online.
• Identify areas of opportunities to increase traffic and conversions using key word research, sales analytics and tracking tools.
• Establish and manage regular account brand store audits to ensure we are compliant, optimized and displaying correct and current representation of our products and brand strategy.
• Ensures A++ content activation for INABA products on assigned Ecommerce Retailer websites and platforms.
• Align with the demand planning and supply teams to ensure that we’re always in stock, shipped on time and following EDI and processing requirements and regularly managing and minimizing chargebacks.
• Collaborate across sales, brand, ecommerce, marketing and media to ensure we’re well coordinated across the platforms and focused on the best growth opportunities for our brands.
• Understand and track our performance against our main competitors building and executing plans for us to increase our market share.
• Work cross functionally with the digital advertising authorized partner managing advertising strategy, campaign focus, targets, budgets and monitoring advertising effectiveness.
• Analyzes and utilizes category data to uncover and leverage insights as well as trends within the category, to expand distribution, drive consumption and grow sales within all INABA categories. Perform other additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in the Ecommerce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of research and analytics tools.
• CPG petfood experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Ecommerce retailer media landscape (search and programmatic).
• Experience with Ecommerce Advertising strategies and execution.
• Strong collaborative approach with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence people (internal and external) and process to achieve business goals.
• Excel at multi-tasking effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word.
• Ability to analyze and utilize data to uncover and leverage trends within the Pet Category. (IRI, Neilsen, or related software)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to commute to the office.
