We are looking for an Account Manager to join a global eCommerce service provider, offering remote working from Seattle
You are an experienced Account Manager that will be managing key client relationships, driving e-commerce performance (primarily on Amazon), & executing strategic advertising & marketing initiatives
As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Act as the primary client contact, aligning internal resources to meet their strategic goals.
• Build & nurture strong, lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction & retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute projects & campaigns efficiently.
• Provide regular updates & performance insights through detailed reports & reviews.
• Identify opportunities for growth within accounts & assist in securing new business.
• Manage & optimize ad & marketing strategies on platforms like Amazon & Google.
• Apply data tools & methodologies (e.g., AMC, VoC) to improve campaign outcomes.
• Monitor ROAS & other KPIs, generating actionable insights for improvement.
• Lead quarterly & annual client performance reviews.
As an Account Manager your skills will include:
• 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially on Amazon or Google.
• Agency experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon operations & ability to solve client challenges independently.
• Proven background in digital marketing & paid media within the e-commerce space.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management abilities & multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
• Detail-oriented with sound analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, but also able to work independently.
