Role description
An internationally recognised e-commerce services provider is looking to add experienced Account Managers to support the growth of its North American presence. The company specializes in Amazon operations, digital advertising, and strategic marketing, partnering with leading brands to maximize performance across major online retail platforms. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage key client relationships and contribute to business expansion through targeted, data-driven marketing strategies.
This opportunity will be remote based in the US Pacific time zone
Key responsibilities:
β’ Develop and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business goals.
β’ Act as the primary client contact, coordinating internal teams to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives.
β’ Execute and optimize multi-platform campaigns (e.g., Amazon, Google) using best practices such as AMC, VoM, VoC, and VoS.
β’ Monitor performance metrics like ROI and ROAS, generate actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement.
β’ Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support business reviews, renewals, and expansion efforts.
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Google; agency experience is a strong plus.
β’ Deep understanding of Amazon operations, with the ability to independently address client challenges and deliver strategic solutions.
β’ Proven track record in digital marketing and paid media within the e-commerce sector, driving measurable results.
β’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
β’ Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities, making data-driven decisions, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
