Role description
We're Hiring: Accountant & Business Assistant Location: Dubai Media City, UAE | Full-Time | Salary: AED 4,000/month + Performance Review Bonus We are a fast-growing e-commerce company operating across Amazon, Noon and other online platforms. We are hiring a dedicated Accountant cum E-Commerce Assistant who will handle both financial operations and e-commerce tasks. The right candidate must be 100% familiar with Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory, highly skilled in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, advanced reporting), and capable of preparing, analyzing, and presenting budgets and financial reports. They will also support content and e-commerce operations to ensure smooth growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: • Record and reconcile daily transactions • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) • Manage accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations • Handle VAT entries, filings, and ensure FTA compliance • Maintain accurate Zoho Books/Inventory records • Support financial audits and year-end processes E-commerce Support: • Assist with product listings, order processing, and pricing updates • Monitor inventory levels in different warehouses • Coordinate shipments, returns, and customer support as needed • Prepare basic sales performance and profitability reports Requirements: • Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting • Experience in the UAE is big plus • Working knowledge of Zoho Books/Inventory is a MUST • Basic understanding or willingness to learn e-commerce tools and platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting • Experience in UAE VAT and CP regulations and filling • Good communication skills in English (Any other language is a plus) • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality Preferred Skills (not mandatory): • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Noon Seller Hub • Prior work in FMCG, distribution, or trading companies Compensation & Benefits: • Fixed Salary: AED 4,000/month • Residency Visa • Performance Bonus: Based on review after 2 months • Probation Period: 10 Days • Dedicated role with career growth in a scaling e-commerce company.
