About The Role The FMCG team manages businesses within the following categories: • Food & Beverages • Health & Wellness • Home Care & Cleaning • Baby Care & Food • Pet Supplements & Food The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and incubating new merchants, as well as creating long-term strategies to grow existing businesses on TikTok Shop. As an Acquisition & Development Manager (Graduate), you will find and convince new clients to join TikTok Shop and strategically grow their accounts. In a fast-paced environment, you will take charge of ambitious goals for onboarding new clients, expanding product selection, and increasing sales. You will use persuasive skills to communicate platform benefits and ensure smooth onboarding. Strong analytical skills are essential to support sales growth by identifying trends and opportunities through data. Resilience and a target-driven mindset are key to driving business growth. Responsibilities • Recruit, manage, and grow FMCG sellers using the new book of business; conduct outreach using leads lists and lead the pitching and onboarding process. • Craft persuasive pitches that address the needs of potential clients and highlight the benefits of our platform. • Define, launch, and execute go-to-market strategies for new sellers. • Negotiate strong commercial deals based on campaign timing or seasonality, and secure first-to-market launches and TikTok exclusives. • Collaborate with internal teams—including creator, logistics, legal, governance, campaigns, and marketing—to establish a seamless and efficient onboarding process for sellers. • Work with new sellers to grow their sales on TikTok Shop through key sales channels: live, video, and shop tab. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and ensure relevant brands are reflected in the new business pipeline. • Adopt an entrepreneurial approach by defining seller and category initiatives that drive growth and competitive advantage, and contribute to team projects that continuously optimize ways of working. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications • Final-year student (graduating in 2026) or recent graduate with less than 1 year of work experience; majors in E-commerce, Finance, Business, or Marketing. • Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly. • Strong data analytics skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in e-commerce. • Experience working or interning in Account Management, Strategy, Business Development, Buying, or Finance. • UK market experience. • Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch. • Experience working in a fast-paced business environment.
