As we scale toward becoming a full-spectrum, goal-driven nutrition platform, we’re looking for a hands-on Acquisition Marketing Manager to own and operate our paid media campaigns and drive customer growth. About the Role You’ll be the tactical lead of our growth engine—building, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. This role reports directly to the founder/CEO and works closely with our creative and retention teams. We’re looking for a data-driven executor who’s excited to test, optimize, and push performance. If you love managing paid media accounts, thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment, and know what makes a customer click and convert, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, and more • Execute audience segmentation, creative testing, budget allocation, and bidding strategies • Monitor and report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution performance • Collaborate with internal creative and design teams to brief, test, and iterate on high-converting ads and landing pages • Build and maintain structured campaign naming conventions, UTM parameters, and reporting dashboards • A/B test new offers, creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages • Identify trends, uncover insights, and proactively suggest new tactics to improve performance • Work with analytics tools (GA4, Triple Whale, post-purchase surveys) to make informed decisions • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies Requirements • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns (especially Meta and Google) • Proven success scaling performance marketing in a DTC e-commerce environment • Strong understanding of media buying, attribution, ROAS, and funnel optimization • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, UTM tracking, and Excel/Sheets • Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns at once • Bonus: Experience in food, wellness, fitness, or subscription-based businesses What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based bonus • Health benefits (medical) • Flexible work environment (remote or hybrid out of New Jersey) • Opportunity to work directly with a founder-led, profitable business • Autonomy, ownership, and direct impact on company growth • Health-focused culture with a mission that matters
