Role description
iMultiply are delighted to be working with a well established and family run business to recruit a full-time Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and articulate individual to join a friendly and collaborative team, supporting a variety of administrative and online sales activities.
The Role
This role sits at the heart of a small and supportive office environment, providing essential administrative support across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining excellent communication with customers, and supporting the growth of the companyβs online presence.
As the Administrator, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
β’ Handling day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
β’ Answering calls, managing emails, and processing customer orders
β’ Preparing invoices and order documentation
β’ Booking couriers and pallet collections
β’ Maintaining accurate records, including use of Excel (Sage experience advantageous)
β’ Updating and managing the company website and online shop
β’ Managing and building sales through Amazon
β’ Developing social media channels to enhance customer engagement
β’ Designing and delivering Mailchimp campaigns for promotions and product launches
β’ Providing wider administrative support to the team as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
β’ Proven experience in an administrative role
β’ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
β’ High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
β’ Ability to pick up new software and systems quickly
β’ A conscientious and proactive approach to work
β’ Experience in online marketing/e-commerce (preferred)
