Job Title: Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite - Hybrid) Duration: Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities β€’ Solution Architecture Strategy β€’ Lead the architecture and design of personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform RealTime CDP Journey Optimizer Adobe Target and Audience Manager β€’ Develop enterprise personalization blueprints aligned with business goals marketing strategies and customer experience visions β€’ Define and maintain personalization roadmaps ensuring scalable high performing solutions β€’ Adobe Experience Platform Expertise β€’ Architect AEP data models XDM schemas ingestion pipelines and profile unification strategies β€’ Define identity resolution strategies segment definitions and audience activation workflows β€’ Leverage AEP Decisioning Services for realtime content and offer personalization Integration Orchestration β€’ Design integrations between AEP and external systems CRM analytics platforms marketing automation ecommerce call center etc β€’ Enable crosschannel orchestration with Adobe Journey Optimizer and realtime triggers β€’ Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless APIbased and batchbased data exchanges β€’ Governance Compliance Performance β€’ Ensure compliance with GDPR CCPA and data governance best practices β€’ Optimize AEP configurations for performance scalability and cost efficiency β€’ Establish governance frameworks for audience and personalization rule management β€’ Stakeholder Engagement Leadership β€’ Act as the personalization thought leader for internal and external stakeholders β€’ Partner with marketing analytics and technology teams to identify use cases and deliver business outcomes β€’ Mentor junior architects and implementation teams on best practices Required Skills Experience β€’ 12 years in Digital Marketing Mar Tech or Data Architecture with a strong focus on personalization β€’ 5 years hands on experience with Adobe Experience Platform including RealTime CDP Journey Optimizer Decisioning Service and Adobe Target β€’ Strong knowledge of XDM schema’s identity resolution segment building decisioning and activation β€’ Proven track record of delivering enterprise scale personalization solutions β€’ Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and customer data governance β€’ Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and modern integration patterns APIs event streaming ETL β€’ Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications β€’ Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or related Adobe Experience Cloud products β€’ Exposure to retail BFSI travel or telecom industries with largescale personalization needs
