Flexible Schedule Work-Life Balance Professional Growth Innovative Projects Impactful Work Job Details Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Salesforce Adoption Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilitating the adoption of Salesforce and other digital tools within a large organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for coordinating new users, promoting digital tools, compiling metrics, and ensuring that our digital assets are customer-facing and functioning optimally. You will also be required to develop aids, such as training videos and user guides, to streamline the implementation of digital tools. Responsibilities • Coordinate and welcome new users to Salesforce and other digital tools. • Promote the use of digital tools within the organization and develop strategies for increasing adoption rates. • Compile and analyze metrics to evaluate the success of digital tool implementation. • Update and manage customer-facing digital assets to ensure optimal functionality. • Develop aids, such as training videos and user guides, to assist in the implementation of digital tools. • Ensure data integrity, set up acquisitions, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. • Interface with IT for testing and solving issues that may hinder the adoption of digital tools. • Enhance business processes by testing new features and drafting correspondence to provide updates. • Apply project management principles to set up reports and dashboards, and help internal users with the system. • Monitor data integrity, write SOPs, monitor release notes, and lead change management initiatives. • Obtain English to Spanish translations and present data in both languages. • Attend workshops and manage major upgrades and product listings on multiple eCommerce sites. Qualifications • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. • Proven experience with Salesforce and other digital tools such as monday.com, SAP, and Power BI. • Strong knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply these to a variety of tasks. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data in both English and Spanish. • Experience in creating and managing digital assets. • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and drive the adoption of new tools and processes. • Experience in writing SOPs, setting up reports and dashboards, and monitoring data integrity. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its unique needs and challenges. • Experience attending workshops and managing major upgrades and product listings on multiple eCommerce sites. • Proficiency with knowledge center tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
