Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Affiliate & IB Manager to lead the growth and management of our partner network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with Affiliates and Introducing Brokers globally to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our forex brokerage.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and Onboard New Affiliates/IBs:
Identify, approach, and sign up qualified affiliates and IBs through online/offline channels and industry events.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and IBs to ensure continuous performance and retention.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner campaigns and performance metrics (conversion rates, ROI, CPA/CPL/Revenue Share models).
Promotional Support:
Provide marketing assets, tools, and ongoing support to affiliates and IBs to help them grow their business.
Compliance Monitoring:
Ensure that all affiliate/IB activities comply with the companyβs branding, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and regional partner strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on affiliate/IB performance and propose strategies to increase ROI and partner productivity.
Requirements:
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
β’ Minimum 4β6 years of experience in affiliate marketing or IB management, preferably in the Forex or CFD industry.
β’ Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, IB structures, and international FX markets.
β’ Proven experience with acquisition-based marketing KPIs.
β’ Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and affiliate platforms
β’ Multilingual skills (especially in English Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese) are a plus.
β’ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
