About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience (agency experience strongly preferred), excels at managing multiple affiliate accounts simultaneously, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a strategic and executional role, requiring strong communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple affiliate accounts across a diverse client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliate partners, including influencers, content creators, loyalty sites, and sub-affiliates.
• Monitor program health, compliance, and performance; implement optimizations to drive growth.
• Negotiate placements, commission structures, and hybrid models with affiliates and publishers.
Client & Internal Communication
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and updates.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports (performance metrics, insights, and recommendations).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Lead client calls, status meetings, and quarterly business reviews for affiliate programs.
Strategy & Analysis
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing affiliate programs.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes to advise clients proactively.
Qualifications
• 3–4 years of affiliate marketing or partner marketing experience (agency or multi-brand experience preferred).
• Proven ability to manage multiple affiliate programs simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, Everflow, etc.).
• Experience recruiting and negotiating with diverse types of publishers and influencers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-service mindset.
• Highly organized self-starter who can prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Pay range and compensation package
• Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000
