We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of our affiliate programs, from onboarding new partners to developing innovative strategies that drive client success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Affiliate Program Management
β’ Onboard and monitor new publishers daily, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
β’ Manage campaign launches from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution.
β’ Develop and nurture strong relationships with publishers, identifying opportunities to optimize placements for maximum impact.
β’ Innovate and implement new affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
β’ Proactively build your network within the affiliate industry and beyond.
β’ Actively pursue new affiliate relationships and scorecard existing partners to ensure maximum sales and activity for our clients.
β’ Provide affiliates with the resources they need to succeed, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
β’ Continuously improve our processes and systems for serving clients and developing employees.
β’ Take ownership of your role, demonstrating initiative and a self-starter attitude.
Client Management
β’ Keep clients informed on program progress, forecasted growth, production, and any potential issues or opportunities.
β’ Manage client expectations effectively and communicate professionally and promptly.
β’ Develop realistic and achievable goals with clients, ensuring growth strategies can be implemented collaboratively.
β’ Create and distribute required reports, providing in-depth analysis of data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to build on success or reverse underperformance.
REQUIREMENTS:
β’ 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing
β’ 2+ years Account Management experience
β’ Strong organizational skills
β’ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
β’ Detail oriented
β’ Demonstrated ability to grow affiliate programs
β’ Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
