Affiliate Manager for Top Performance Marketing Agency - 100% Remote / Full-Time About the Role Alfa Wave is partnered with a fast-growing performance marketing company that works with top advertisers in finance, home services, and consumer products. They’re launching a new affiliate network and looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to take the lead. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing high-performing publishers, leveraging your own network and building new relationships to drive meaningful growth. With exclusive offers, a strong advertiser pipeline, and full tracking infrastructure already in place, you’ll be set up to hit the ground running. As the Affiliate Manager you'll work closely with a high-performing team of internal media buyers, designers, and marketers who know how to scale campaigns and optimize performance. What You'll be Doing: • Launch, grow, and lead a new affiliate publisher network • Recruit high-quality publishers (media buyers, emailers, content affiliates, etc.) into the existing ecosystem • Match publishers with direct advertiser offers and manage campaign setup • Monitor performance metrics and optimize for EPC, CR, and ROI • Negotiate deal structures and payout models (CPA, CPL, rev-share) • Collaborate closely with media, compliance, and analytics teams to maximize value • Identify and explore new verticals and monetization opportunities • Act as a thought partner for strategic scaling initiatives Requirements • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing on the publisher side for lead generation campaigns • Deep understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, CPL, CPS) • Existing network of affiliate contacts required • Experience with platforms like Hitpath, HasOffers, Cake, Everflow • Data-driven, scrappy, and relentlessly focused on ROI • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Startup mentality: comfortable building systems, experimenting, and moving fast. • Bonus: previous experience working closely with internal media buyers or launching new affiliate programs.
