Title: Affiliate Marketing Lead Industry: Office Supplies & B2B Retail Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Hybrid โ€“ 4 days/week onsite) Salary: Up to $140,000 + Benefits (Relocation Package Offered) Email: Benjamin.Kitt@forsythbarnes.com A long-standing, well-recognized brand in the office supplies space is hiring for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to drive the success of their performance marketing program. The business operates within a multi-channel retail and B2B environment, with a strong eCommerce and direct sales model, and this hire will be instrumental in executing and growing their $5M+ annual affiliate channel. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Own and manage the day-to-day execution of the affiliate marketing program, including publisher relationships and campaign management. โ€ข Deliver against strategy by optimizing placements, managing offers, and driving measurable customer acquisition. โ€ข Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and vendors; onboard new partners and negotiate commercial terms within structured frameworks. โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g. promotions, analytics, eCommerce, merchandising) and external agency partners. โ€ข Monitor and interpret campaign performance data (traffic, conversions, ROI), identifying issues and optimizations. โ€ข Maintain promotional assets, compliance standards, documentation, and partner-facing materials across affiliate platforms. โ€ข Support reporting, budget tracking, and invoice processes โ€“ strong Excel skills required. โ€ข Represent the brand at industry events and affiliate partner meetings. Requirements: โ€ข 5+ years of general marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a hands-on affiliate marketing role. โ€ข Proven track record managing six-figure monthly affiliate budgets and delivering strong ROI. โ€ข Deep understanding of core marketing metrics (CPA, ROI, CVR) and affiliate attribution models. โ€ข Experience using platforms such as CJ, Impact, Partnerize or similar. โ€ข Strong commercial and relationship-building skills โ€“ comfortable negotiating affiliate agreements and hybrid/strategic placements. โ€ข Advanced Excel capability โ€“ comfortable with pivot tables, budget tracking, and performance analysis. โ€ข Confident communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and independently. โ€ข Experience working with external agencies and B2B/multi-channel businesses is a strong advantage.
