Role description
We’re seeking a driven, data-savvy leader to own and expand our performance-based partnership program. At Networx, we connect homeowners with trusted local contractors—and this role is essential to scaling that engine. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and optimizing strategic partnerships that drive high-quality home improvement leads through.

What You'll Do
• Own and evolve Networx’s performance partnership strategy across affiliates, lead gen platforms, and intent-based marketplaces.
• Identify, evaluate, and close new partnerships with companies that drive qualified homeowner leads.
• Develop and execute a scalable partner acquisition strategy, including outreach, pitching, negotiating, onboarding, and growth.
• Structure and manage pay-per-lead, rev-share agreements that align with lead quality standards and ROI goals.
• Monitor and analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics to ensure profitability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align partner strategy with company-wide acquisition goals.
• Serve as a Networx ambassador at industry events, lead generation forums, and performance marketing communities.
What You'll Need
• 4+ years in performance partnerships, affiliate marketing, or B2C lead generation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using BI tools to measure performance, forecast ROI, and optimize funnels.
• Technical aptitude for tracking, data tools, and attribution modeling
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and partner management skills.
• Growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach to partner performance.
• Desire to work in a hybrid environment in New York City (Bryant Park)
Nice To Haves
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in home services, proptech, marketplaces, or the consumer tech industry
• Experience supporting or working alongside an Enterprise Sales Team
• Experience with partner integrations, CRMs, or business analytics tools
• Understanding of the home services industry or related verticals

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The salary offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary ranges are provided for New York City-based roles as required by New York City Human Rights Law.
