Affiliate Marketing Manager
£45,000–£55,000 + bonus
Remote-first | South Coast | UK-based only
We’re working with a growing eCommerce business that’s redefined the home improvement retail space with three high-traffic websites and award-winning service. Now turning over £50m annually and backed by a 150+ strong team, they’re building out their performance marketing function with a pivotal new hire: an Affiliate Marketing Manager.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will lead the affiliate strategy across multiple brands, driving quality traffic, shaping partnerships, and delivering measurable revenue growth. With full ownership of the channel, you’ll launch new initiatives, refine existing relationships, and plug into the wider marketing engine to unlock even more value.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will:
• Design and deliver affiliate growth plans across three retail websites
• Build new relationships and onboard partners to an optimised affiliate platform
• Collaborate with networks, influencers, and internal teams to drive high-converting traffic
• Monitor performance using tools like GA4, Looker, and partner dashboards
• Champion tracking accuracy and brand compliance across all campaigns
You Will Need:
• Strong track record in affiliate marketing and partner development
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Awin, Partnerize, or Rakuten
• Confidence analysing data to inform decisions and surface new opportunities
• Great relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Commercial awareness and a passion for results
