The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team in North West London. Reporting directly to the Head of Social, this position involves managing affiliate and influencer campaigns, coordinating with creators, and ensuring smooth campaign delivery for top-tier brands. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong writing skills, highly organised, and proactive. While prior marketing experience is not required, an interest in social media, creators, and e-commerce is essential. Knowledge of Canva or other design tools would be an advantage. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end process of affiliate and influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking. Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators and influencers on behalf of Leeside Digital and our clients. Draft clear, engaging, and professional written communications for creators and partners. Coordinate and host creator-focused events and webinars. Oversee campaign schedules and deadlines, reporting updates to the Head of Social. Monitor TikTok trends and identify emerging creators suitable for client campaigns. Support the wider team in aligning affiliate activities with livestreams, content, and other TikTok Shop services. Produce simple visual assets or resources using Canva or similar tools. Candidate Profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outgoing and confident, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. Creative thinker with an eye for spotting opportunities and trends. Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups (for events/webinars). Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is advantageous.
